Welcome to eConsult at Pontypool Medical Centre We’re pleased to offer eConsult as a convenient way for you to get medical advice, request prescriptions, make appointments or ask questions without needing to call or visit the practice. How it works: Submit your request online after 8.00am. We aim to keep eConsult open until 12.00pm, but there may be days where it will be closed sooner to help us manage demand. Outside of these hours, please telephone the practice if it is urgent, or if your request is routine, please submit this during the times stated. Our clinical team will review your submission and respond as soon as possible, usually within 72 working hours. Thank you for working with us to help us provide safe and efficient care.
